By accessing or using FreeCustomer's AI-powered WhatsApp CRM platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

FreeCustomer provides an AI-powered customer relationship management platform that integrates with WhatsApp Business API, featuring:

  • AI chatbots and automated conversation management
  • Multi-tenant dashboard and analytics
  • AI calling agents for voice communications
  • Campaign and escalation management tools
  • Integration capabilities with third-party services

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

You may not use another user's account without permission or create multiple accounts for the same entity without our express consent.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Send spam, unsolicited messages, or violate anti-spam laws
  • Violate WhatsApp Business Policy or Terms of Service
  • Transmit harmful, threatening, or illegal content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purposes

5. Payment and Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable unless required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice.

Failure to pay fees may result in service suspension or termination. You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your use of the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by FreeCustomer and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service, and you grant us a limited license to use, store, and process this content to provide the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FreeCustomer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the Service, us, or third parties.
