Yes. It runs on the Loyalty engine, reads members and savings from HealthPro, and messages over WhatsApp, SMS, and email. Where you run another HIS, we connect over API or scheduled file sync.
Where does our member data live and how is it secured?
Member data stays in India on AWS Mumbai. Our setup is DPDPA-aligned, ISO 27001 certified, with role-based access, tenant isolation, and full audit logging of every action the agent takes.
Can it message members in their own language?
Yes. Wallet updates, health-check reminders, and referral confirmations go out in each member's preferred language, including Hindi, Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, and more, using approved WhatsApp templates.
