How does churn prediction work?
AI models trained on patient visit cadence, NPS history, redemption activity, and demographic signals. The model is retrained on your hospital's data during onboarding, then continuously. Patients get a churn-risk score updated daily.
What types of rewards can we offer?
Points, cashback, tier upgrades, free consultations, package discounts, exclusive add-ons (priority slots, dedicated coordinators). Fully configurable per program.
Is there a mobile app for patients?
Patients earn, redeem, and check balances entirely on WhatsApp — the channel they already use every day. WhatsApp adoption in Indian healthcare is 10× higher than typical hospital app adoption, so we built around it.
How does the family-sharing feature work?
When patients register together as a family at the hospital, their loyalty wallet is linked. Any family member can earn or redeem from the shared balance. Members see their own contributions and the family total.
What about fraud and abuse?
Multi-layered: velocity checks, device fingerprinting, redemption pattern analysis, manual review queues for high-value redemptions. Audit trail on every transaction.
