How long does implementation take?

Do we need to replace our existing HIS?
Most customers do — Leap OS is a full operating system, designed to take over end-to-end. Migration tooling moves your patient records, prescriptions, billing history, and packages with no data loss. For phased rollouts, our APIs let Leap OS run alongside legacy systems.
How does multi-branch consolidation work?
Each branch keeps full operational autonomy (its own slots, queues, surgeons), but pricing, packages, SOPs, and patient data sync centrally. The COO sees consolidated reports; branch heads see local detail.
Can we customize workflows per specialty?
Yes. Configure visit templates, prescription presets, lab panels, billing packages, and consent forms per specialty. No code required for most customisations; engineering tickets only for deep workflow changes.
What about insurance and TPA integrations?
