How do you roll out across many branches without disruption?
We configure your chain template once, then go live one centre at a time. A typical branch is live in one to two weeks; existing branches keep running while new ones come on, so no centre stops working.
Will it work with the HIS and tools each branch already runs?
Yes. Leap OS connects to your existing HIS, EMR, billing, and WhatsApp, Email, and SMS channels. Where a branch exposes an API we sync live; where it does not, we import patient, appointment, and billing data on a schedule.
Where does our data sit and how is it secured across centres?
All data stays in AWS Mumbai under one tenant with branch-level isolation and role-based access. Our handling is DPDPA-aligned, ISO 27001 certified, with audit logging on every patient and billing action.
Can each branch message patients in the local language?
Yes. Reminders, feedback, and recalls go out in the patient's preferred language, including Hindi, Marathi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, and more, using approved WhatsApp templates set per region.
