How does multi-branch consolidation work?
Each branch keeps full operational autonomy (its own slots, queues, surgeons, walk-in workflows), but pricing, packages, SOPs, and patient data sync centrally. The COO sees consolidated reports; branch heads see local detail.
Can different branches have different pricing or packages?
Yes. Default pricing is centralised, but per-branch overrides are supported. Useful for regional pricing variations or speciality-specific differences.
What if branches use different specialties?
Workflows are configured per branch + per specialty. Branch A can run cardiology + ortho; Branch B cardiology + IVF. Each gets its own visit templates, prescription presets, and packages.
How long does multi-branch onboarding take?
