How long does implementation take?
Most hospitals are live on HealthPro in 2–3 weeks. Implementation includes channel onboarding (WhatsApp Business, Meta, Google), AI chatbot training on your specialties and SOPs, CRM bot configuration, lead source mapping, team training, and 30-day go-live support. Multi-branch chains plan 4–6 weeks.
Do we need to replace our existing HMS?
No. HealthPro slots in as the commercial layer alongside your HMS. Native integrations exist for Leap OS; open APIs are available for other systems. Most customers switch HMS later — or never.
What about our existing WhatsApp Business account?
HealthPro connects directly to your existing WhatsApp Business account as an official WhatsApp Business API provider. No phone number changes, no template re-approval, no migration headache.
How accurate is the AI chatbot, and what happens when it can't answer?
The AI chatbot is trained on your hospital's specialties, packages, FAQs, and SOPs — accuracy improves with each conversation. When intent escalates (booking, complaint, sensitive medical question) or the AI's confidence drops, it hands off to a human SPOC with full conversation context. You set the handoff rules; we tune them with you during onboarding.
How does it work for visiting consultants who don't log in?
HealthPro's SPOC workflow captures consultation outcomes via your front desk on WhatsApp. The coordinator relays the surgeon's verdict ("recommended IPD admission," "OPD only, no follow-up needed"); the system updates the lead, triggers the right CRM bot follow-up, and never asks the surgeon to touch a screen.
