Does it work with our existing HIS and tools?
Yes. It reads from HealthPro and your EMR, sends through WhatsApp and email, and writes outcomes back to the CRM. Where you run another HIS, we connect over API or scheduled file sync.
Where does our patient data live and how is it secured?
Data stays in India on AWS Mumbai. Our setup is DPDPA-aligned, ISO 27001 certified, with role-based access, tenant isolation, and full audit logging of every action the agent takes.
Can it message patients in regional languages?
