How long until our day-care centre is live?
Most centres go live in three to five weeks. We set up your procedure packages, OT slots, bed and recovery resources, and discharge templates first, then run one specialty as a pilot before widening to the full list.
Will it work with our existing HIS and OT scheduling?
Yes. Leap OS connects to your HIS, lab, and pharmacy, and to your OT and bed data. Where an API exists we sync in real time; where it does not we import, so your existing records carry over.
Where does our patient data sit and how is it secured?
All data stays in AWS Mumbai with tenant isolation, role-based access, and audit logging on every record. Our handling is DPDPA-aligned, ISO 27001 certified, with consent capture and breach reporting.
Can it message patients in their own language?
